A mat is all you need to begin. I’ll guide you on any additional props that may enhance your experience.

Can I join online?

Yes, virtual options are available for those who prefer to practice from home. You’ll receive a secure link after registration.

Are classes suitable for beginners?

Yes! Each class welcomes all levels with variations and support. No prior experience is needed—just an open heart and willingness to learn.

What is pranayama?

Pranayama is breathwork.  Many different techniques can help to calm the nervous system, release tension, and centre the mind. 

What’s the cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. This ensures fairness and flexibility for both teacher and practitioner.
